This season, explore Europe without getting on a plane or even a train.
Instead, journey with us at The Delaunay, savouring the culinary delights of five great cities via five quick-stop consecutive menus inspired by the historic grand cafés of the Continent.
From 6 July to 12 September inclusive, we’ll be travelling to Berlin, Budapest, Vienna, Prague and Paris, making a two-week menu stop at each destination before moving on to the next. Highlights include Lammbraten (leg of lamb with grilled artichokes) in Berlin; Halászlé (fisherman’s stew) in Budapest; Tafelspitz (beef in broth) in Vienna; Duck Dumplings in Prague and Escargot in Paris. Of course, Europe’s famed patisserie gets its moment in the sun too – think Choux with custard cream, Millefeuille, Marillenpalatschinken (apricot pancakes) or Dobos Torte (Hungarian sponge cake with orange and chocolate buttercream), to mention just a few.
A gastronomic road map across some of the most flavourful dishes that Europe has to offer – feel free to join us for every stop or hop on at your preferred destination. Bon voyage!
