 Alpine Tales

Our latest cocktail menu, Alpine Tales, draws inspiration from the myths, folklore, and natural beauty of the Austrian and Bavarian Alps. These timeless legends—of sirens on the Rhine, glowing rose gardens, winter spirits, and forest lights—are reimagined through alpine ingredients and contemporary craft.

Each cocktail tells its own story: from the bright, mint-laced Lorelei, to the bittersweet glow of Alpenglow, to Frau Holle, a delicate mix of pear, ginger, and rye whiskey. Alongside this collection, guests can also enjoy our extensive selection of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails, making The Delaunay Bar a place for every taste.
